The Manitoba Libraries Conference and CFLA-FCAB National Forum will host 300 delegates from across Canada, with representation from all library sectors. In celebration of Manitoba’s 150th anniversary, we are pleased to host our biennial provincial conference alongside the many events taking place in Manitoba.

The Manitoba Libraries Conference will be held in conjunction with the CFLA-FCAB National Forum (April 8) and the Canadian Urban Libraries Council (CULC/CBUC) spring meetings (April 6-7). These national events alongside our provincial conference will draw delegates from across Canada and make this the largest and most exciting Manitoba Libraries Conference yet! We are proud to be hosting these events in conjunction with our conference and we are certain you won’t want to miss it!

Our conference theme for this year is Where the Rivers Meet, reflecting a vibrant historical meeting place where Winnipeg's Red and Assiniboine Rivers meet and where, on April 6 to 8, 2020, library workers from across Canada will come together to explore, network and discover.

Exhibitor and Tradeshow Information

Set up is April 7, 2020 between 7:30 and 10:00am and take down is April 8, 2020 between 2:30 and 4:00pm. An exhibit booth is 8’ deep x 10’ wide with 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, and back/side draping.
Your exhibit registration includes:

  • 1 booth in the Exhibit Hall for our conference tradeshow.
  • Networking opportunities throughout the conference.
  • Complimentary lunch and snacks on April 7 and 8, available for one exhibitor per agreement. Additional meal/break packages can be purchased at a cost of $100 per additional exhibitor.
  • Complimentary tickets to the Conference Networking Event on Monday, April 6 for all exhibitors.
